Luis joined ICG in 2012 as a Network Engineer on the Service Desk. His duties and responsibilities were to resolve all service ticket requests from clients.
Since joining ICG, Luis was promoted to Service Desk Manager in 2013, and is now responsible for managing the Service Desk Team, including engineer dispatch, overseeing the scheduling, escalations, and quick and accurate response to all service requests from clients.
Luis has worked in the IT field full time since 1995. He came to ICG from another Miami-based consulting firm where he handled large corporation networks. Prior to that, he spent 10 years as the production manager at a direct mailing company.
He has certifications from Comptia A+ and Network+.
