Brenda has more than 15 years of management and operational experience within the legal and consulting services fields. She has extensive experience in the implementation of Professional Services Automation (PSA) and other custom applications for both IT services and law firms.
Brenda is responsible for the effective and efficient dispatch of technical resources for the prompt resolution of client service tickets. She monitors the progress of ticket resolution and project completion. She oversees the creating and implementing of policies and procedures and assists in quality assurance. She also directs purchasing and vendor management.
